TimTechChem International Limited is a privately owned New Zealand company formed after purchasing the business, assets and IP of TimTech Chemicals Limited in August 2013. TimTech Chemicals was founded in 2001 to market and supply quality wood preservatives, patented technology, treatment plants, custom treating and world class technical services to the timber protection industry.

Australasia’s leading specialty chemicals company, Chemcolour Industries (NZ) Ltd, is the owner of TimTechChem. Chemcolour toll manufactures most of the chemicals sold by TimTechChem. Chemcolour is 100% owned by the global Azelis group.
